About time, I think, to start again with Cursus Apri feasts. What about planning out a programme of maybe four feasts a year? We could start with a feast in September or early October, then another just before Xmas (to replace our usual Christmas lunch party).
I fancy a wider selection of time periods, perhaps encompassing anything from Roman through to Victorian, or even early 20th century. And menus based on documented feasts or banquets, or menus occurring in fiction.
